Copying and pasting a slide in PowerPoint can save you time and effort when creating presentations. Whether you simply want to reuse a slide in another presentation, the process is the same.
How to copy and paste PowerPoint slides in PowerPoint.
Click on the slide to select it. You can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+C to copy the slide.
Open a new PowerPoint presentation. Then, open the slide and go to the slide where you want to paste the copied slide. Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+V to paste the slide .
You can also paste the slide thumbnail pane and selecting Paste.
You can copy and paste several slides at once. Select the slides you want to copy by holding down the Ctrl key while clicks on them. Then, follow the steps above.
How to duplicate slides in PowerPoint
Click on the slide to select it. You can also use the keyboard - key combination, Alt+D.
The duplicated slide will appear right after the original slide.
