github中快速创建md内容

github做博客还是很方便的，不过之前每次都要手动去复制如下面的模板。

是有点麻烦，好在发现github是支持从url中获取参数。
主要有两个参数
filename 目录/文件名
value 主体内容，可以写入默认模板。
比如下面这样
你的地址/new/master/_posts?filename=_posts/2020-06-01-%E4%BF%AE%E6%94%B9%E6%A0%87%E9%A2%98.md&value=%0Alayout:%20post%0Acomments:%201%0Atitle:%20%20%E8%BF%99%E6%98%AF%E6%A0%87%E9%A2%98%0Acategories:%20Default%0Atags:%20%E9%BB%98%E8%AE%A4%0A%0A%E8%BF%99%E9%87%8C%E6%98%AF%E5%86%85%E5%AE%B9
